Beauty industry veteran Yves Henrichon has joined Screen USA, the importer of the finest Italian professional beauty products, as one of three managing partners to launch the company in North America. In this new role, he will oversee the development and growth of the company’s professional beauty industry image and presence via aggressive education, trade show and Micro-Distributor programs throughout North America. With Henrichon’s finger on the pulse of what hairdressers want and need, Screen USA is building an education program that combines the best of fashion trends with proven business strategies to help drive salons’ business. He joins managing partners John and Andrea Bogdan.

“To introduce Screen USA to salon owners and hairdressers across North America, we plan to offer original, fashion-forward presentations at major industry shows, as well as via 30 to 50 intimate events across the country that bring back the quality, class and trends that will inspire hairdressers,” says Henrichon.

Henrichon has a rich, 35-plus-year history in the professional salon industry, most recently working for Rusk/Conair for almost 20 years, with his career culminating as show and education director. Prior to joining Rusk, he was a featured educator both on platform and in classrooms as a guest artist for several top product marketers, including L’Oréal, Revlon, Fabergé, Swenson and Schwarzkopf in Canada and the United States. He also worked as a hair stylist and salon owner at prestigious, high-end salons in Montreal.

“In an age where mergers and acquisitions on both the manufacturing and distribution levels of the professional beauty industry have removed so much of the personal touch from the beauty business, Screen USA is bringing back the opportunities that can only be created through cultivating strong personal relationships with our customers,” says Henrichon. “We’re all about mutual loyalty. For educators, Screen USA offers the opportunity for open-minded hairdressers to get involved with a creative, aggressive company from the ground up and work together to create something fresh, exciting and relevant to helping today’s beauty professionals and salon owners be more successful. For our Micro-Distributors, this no-inventory business allows ambitious sales people who love to help their customers succeed to become entrepreneurs by launching their own businesses with no start-up costs. You simply invest your own drive, energy and ambition.”

Offering salons and their clients premium hair color, hair care and skin care products, Screen USA is pioneering a unique Micro-Distributor approach to come to market. The Screen USA Micro-Distributors, who will range from single entrepreneurial salespeople to boutique distribution companies and will serve as the company’s sales force in the field, will manage exclusive territories in which they sell Screen Hair Care and T-Spatium Skin Care Products directly to salons and spas. Candidates interested in the Micro-Distributor concept are invited to contact Sandy Mangione, principal at iBeauty, LLC, who is managing Micro-Distributor recruiting and training for Screen USA, at sandy@screenhaircare.com or 215-275-0952.
