Wow! I didn’t think that summer would have such a great start. The crowd was pumped by the music of the night. The D.J. was stirring up the crowd that came out for fun and fashion. Over two thousand ladies and gents came out to the Looks-magazine.com introduction venue at “The Docks Complex” on June 22, 2007. It was a nice evening, not too hot and not chilly. . . . Well, actually, it was “hot” inside when the models came out, showing off the styles of ZABA. The models were dressed for summer, from bikini LOOKS to daytime casual wear LOOKS.
The latest upcoming Toronto fashion designer, Ashley Zaba, teamed up with us at Looks-magazine.com so that we could show Toronto the newest and hottest styles through the eyes of ZABA. Her LOOKS were fantastic (you’ll notice when you take a look at the photos). The Toronto-crowd consistent of men and women in their twenties and thirties were having a great time, being out and enjoying the night. . . . And one lucky winner walked away with the, “Really Need A New LOOK,” prize consisting of a make-over. The contest for a second winner is still on, so be sure to check on that!!
It was nice to see so many people out enjoying themselves. A special thanks goes out to DBK Salon, Hairafter and Yvonne Velasquez, who fixed up the models (not that they weren’t beautiful already), but everyone loves to be pampered. Speaking of pampered, KMS and Joico contributed by giving out products, so everyone could walk away with a nice “bag of goodies.” We hope you all had fun if you came out, and if not, there will be a next time to make up for it.
